Skills Audit (TNA)

The Training Needs Analysis (TNA) service provides your organisation with identifiable training needs and skill gaps in your organisation.  A recommend service, this skills audit service will ensure that any subsequent delivery of training is relevant and meaningful.

The service will include distributing a comprehensive survey to participants over an agreed specific amount of time.  The results of this survey will then be analysed, and a subsequent report produced with recommendations made.
